I'm considering...just considering escaping Oklahoma and moving to either Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, or Naples. How would you rate these areas as far as housing/ cost-of-living from say least to most expensive. I'm looking for a one bedroom apartment to start.

I'm pretty certain Jacksonville is least expensive, followed by Tampa. Miami and Naples would certainly be the most expensive.
