I am looking for a nice sized apartment on quiet street (like the Cricket Club) but that would accept a 73 pound female Giant Schnauzer. I have been running into real trouble with having a dog over 30 pounds. Sorry to do another post so soon. Just trying to get things together. I would like to live maybe in the Northeast. Morningside, Davis Harbor, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, etc etc....around that area....bay view would be a good thing. 2BR/2BA.
I would be cool with Coconut Grove/Coral Gables/Miami Beach as well.

Default Try Craigslist

Nirvana accepts large dogs and there are a couple other buildings that do also. I have a lab so was looking for a while but rented a house instead.

um, this board is not a rental agency - of course i might be totally wrong - but realistically i think it's unlikely that posters here are going contact you with actual apartment listings -- all we can do here is offer advice/make suggestions based on personal knowledge.

Some apt. buildings allow larger dogs, but most do not. And yes, honestly it's going to be a bit more difficult to find apartments if you have a larger pet - you might consider looking to rent a house, as opposed to an apartment in a building, because IME, most apartments do have size restrictions - all the ones i've lived in for the past 10 years (not just in Miami but my previous city as well), limit to 35 pounds or less -

But in any case you'll have to do your legwork to actually find the ones that do -- look in the want ads and on CL, and call and ask.
