The deal in Miami is that most people here enjoying the high life that you see driving around in Lambo's or Bentley's or enjoying sushi at the Setai all made there money somewhere else and are just down here partying for the weekend. There are also alot of corrupt S. American types you robbed the treasuries from their countries and fled to Miami to escape getting killed!!!

Now granted there are some VP and Dir corporate positions here in Miami that pay really good, but really most of the big fortune 500 companies have left so all that is left is Carnival, Burger King, Office Depot, AutoNation and Tyco of which many of the best positions are located outside of Florida anyways.

Most of us worker bees who are managers ,etc will be on the first train outta here when we can get a better relo packages in So Cali or NY.

Talking How you CAN enjoy the paradise of South Florida

_

Florida has the dubious distinction of being the mortgage fraud capital of the U.S., and Miami-Dade County, its most populous jurisdiction, leads the state in incidences of the crime.

Not in crime or poverty, theres even Real Estate situations where SW Florida is doing worse than South Florida. Just some of that I could think of where Dade is not worst. Thats just another ridiculous comment by you.

I think Miami-Dade leads the country in the pecentage of population with AIDS, and I think Broward is second, however, I could have that backwards.
