I hope the citrus canker people are never "reactivated". They were also a problem. Every time they finished inspecting an area thefts went up. Jet skies, bicycles, and misc yard equipment would mysteriously disappear. It never happened in my neighborhood, that I know of, but I heard many stories.

I am in the process of excavating my parents yard to fill it with muck. A nice flooding with the sprinkler system and just watch the whiteshirts sink in the mud..or maybe quicksand?
