Miami News, Fort Lauderdale News, Florida News & Weather Channel 7 Fox Miami WSVN-TV - Special Edition - July 4th Fireworks displays around Miami-Dade and Broward Counties

Since there is a show near our house we watch them from our house, don't want to deal with crowds and mosquitos near the ocean, did that done that, not fun.

I've always heard the fireworks at Bayfront Park and Coconut Grove are the best, but I've never been. But after seeing doggiebus' link, I never realized how many fireworks shows we have, you have a lot of options open.

Thanks, I may check out the ones at Bayfront Park. No votes for the fireworks on Miami Beach? Or is it just too crowded?

Hero--yes, I'm leaving Miami in about 3 weeks.

Ah damn.. I thought maybe you've changed ur mind

I've been in Miami for over a year as well and I've noticed it's very regional... There are some areas of Miami/Miami Beach I know for sure I will not be happy. Anyways, have a good July 4th, and enjoy the fireworks. I hope it won't be too crowded

The Biltmore in Coral Gables has the best fireworks. They also have a concert featuring patriotic music.

I agree with Roger, the fireworks at the Biltmore are absolutely the best ever.
Unfortunately, the city council has chosen to cancel them this year due to having spent many thousands of dollars re-sodding the Biltmore Golf-course,
(where visitors to the fireworks and family events all usually gather.)
The Mayor is working on bringing them back for next year.
The ones at Bayfront are great, and for smaller more homey gatherings, South Miami Middle School on Ludlam, as well as Baptist Hospital on Kendall Drive have nice ones.
Great list Doggiebus, very helpful to all!

Last year we watched the fireworks from the bridge going to Miami Beach between the AAA and the Jungle. I might go there again this year, not sure yet. I forgot my tripod last year so I couldn't take a lot of pictures...
