Miami rated 2nd in USA for personal liberty
reason.com has rated the 35 largest USA cities in terms of how restrictive or "nanny" the government is.
Reason Magazine - What's the Matter With Chicago? Miami is the most free (least nanny) in the USA, second only to Las Vegas. Another great reason to live here.

Is there a relationship on how these two cities are involved in the foreclosure and real estate messes with the story above? Coincidence?
