Davie is only expensive if you want an estate with land accompanying it. You can get a decent 3 bedroom house for $250,000; this cheaper than most other parts of Miami-Dade and Broward.

When I think of Davie I keep thinking of how it was in the 70's-80's where homes had 1 acre or more. I never considered the 80's-present subdivisions as really Davie. It's shameful that nowhere in south Florida exists affordable rural areas today.

I actually think Broward has more of that kind of "American" than Palm Beach and Dade combined. Drive down State Road 7 and see what I mean. When you exit Dade it suddenly changes from looking like typical Dade to looking like blue collar Tampa.
They have lots of white Aryan Brotherhood type gangs in those trailer parks on the east side. I also heard there are Surenos moving in, opposite of most of South FL where the gangs are packing up and going to Palm Beach. That's not going to be pretty...

Sur 13, Mexican mafia, their a LA/Mexican gang. Not to be confused with MS-13. You would be surprised at how many there are in Florida especially in Palm Beach County.

We in America have no room to judge anyone. Spousal abuse, men killing their wives, child molestation, racial attacks/inequality. and the list goes on.

What about wives killing their husbands? This happens too. In fact just in Greenacres a few months ago some lady killed her boyfriend. For some reason no one brings up that men are abused in relationships too.

Funny how illegal immigrants seem to concentrate in places like Davie and Homestead where the good 'ole racist boys exist openly and abundantly.

It happened here in Palm Beach County, too. Areas like Lake Worth, Lantana, and Greenacres used to be known for rednecks and the starting point for "confederate flag sightings" in Palm Beach County. However, what were redneck areas just a few years ago have changed into areas that are filled with mostly illegal immigrants. The reason is because the housing is very cheap in these areas.

The Mexicans were 1) looking for affordable housing and 2) probably avoiding low-income black ideas. This is why they moved to Davie, Lake Worth, Homestead, etc. This happens all around the country.

I know we've talked about this before, but dem good ole boys couldn't have all moved north. There are still plenty of them in Homestead and Davie and I would be shocked to learn that PBC doesn't have rednecks anymore!
