We have experienced a few posters that like to spin everyone and get many threads/topics way off-topic.

Some of the post will deal with:

controversial topics
consumer complaints
Copyrighted Material
Hate speech
personal attacks, flaming, or insults
real estate agents and other businesses advertising
cross-posting
racist comments

Please report the members that do not follow the rules and don't reply to their post. As Moderators we try our best to keep this forum as an informative tool for thousands of families, but a few are polluting our forum. I linked the Terms of Service, if you find a post that sound and reads foul, report it.

Your support is appreciated.

Based that many members don't want to follow our rules, please avoid posting racial related threads. Based on previous history within this forum, the threads have the tendency to start bashing or personal attacks.

For some reason we are forgetting to report posts or threads that are not providing any sort of beneficial data or information to the members. If you find such post please report it. If you answer to nonsense post you just fueled the threads to go in the wrong direction. I received a number of DM's, but after researching the thread the reporting member was as bad as the original poster. Remember we have a number of members that love to waste other members time, but we will clean this in a few days.

Also, this is not a place to complain, if you have a problem take it with the proper agency and get it corrected. I'm almost positive that we will like to see the results on resolving your problems.

For the new members that don't read the rules: All posts unrelated to local matters will be deleted or moved. Threads dealing with controversial topics that often degenerate into flame wars, such as politics or religion, may be moved, closed, or deleted by moderators at their discretion without any warning to the participants.
