My little paradise is the north shore area in Miami beach around 79st and Collins. Working class mostly hispanic neighborhood with a large Argentinian population. This area is wonderful because it is quiet, safe and relativly unchanged since the 70's and gives me that old Miami vibe that is almost extinct nowadays.

Is there a name for the triangle between Coconut Grove, CGables, S Miami into Pinecrest??
This area is screaming for a name... all the city lines just blend together down there.
Any suggestions if not? The "Triangle?"

No, the top area in Broward (I hate that term, it sounds clumsy) is LAS OLAS and its mazes of canals and waterfront homes. The reason for this is simple, it is more centrally located to *activity* and it has waterfront, deep water boating acccess with an inlet (ocean access) within 5 minutes... There will never be anything more sought after in Florida than WATERFRONT.

Hello...I am looking for a good neighborhood to live in ...in the Miami central area. Any ideas? Horror of all horrors, I will be working near the 1700 block of NW 60th Street. Ergo, if I have to face this situation everyday, I want to at least go home and live in a nice area with low crime and mannerly people. Thanks...DeeVee
