Hi all! I am brand new to this forum.
I am a new homeowner (closed in December of 2007) looking to rent out my property. It is a 3/3 lakefront townhome in Keys Gate. I unfortunately have to tend to an ailing relative in Weston so I'm thinking that my best bet would be to hire a property manager since I will be over 40 miles away... add to that, I will be traveling approximately 2 weeks a month.
Can anyone reccommend a proffesional, reliable property manager? Keeping Fair Housing Laws in mind, my ideal tenant would be a proffessional (teacher, military, hospital employee) who would take pride in my property and would expect an equally professional landlord in return.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
