Default An area around little havana

3325 SW 9 terrace Miami FL, 33135

House looked pretty nice, and the area looked pretty good, but I thought I'd double check what you guys thought. To me it looked like a family neighborhood. Is the area pretty safe? Will I have to worry about anything like robberies?

I like the fact as to how close it is to calle ocho and I like Little Havana, but of course if I'm going to consider moving to an area I'd like to get the opinion of some more people.

Thanks!

spyderman33 is on a distinguished road
That's around the corner from La Carreta on 8th St... That area is OK... You are close to a cemetary like 1 or 2 blocks away from you but I don't really think that it's highly prone to robberies but I could be wrong... I am around there a lot but other than lower middle class folks around there it doesnt seem like a bad area but for all I know there may be cockfighting on Sat nights around there...

No cockfights but you may wake up to a rooster.

Not a bad area, not the best.

Didn't someone ask about this exact address some months ago?
By the way, there used to be foxes in the cemetery when I was growing up.

The thing is, I like the area a lot, I'm around there a lot and never feel uncomfortable when eating, but I thought it might be nice for more info if I'm going to live there .

When you say not the best, does that mean I have to worry about walking around? or more that there is a higher possibility. They have a pretty nice setup and seem quite laid back (I don't have to worry about a deposit or lease).
