I remember Art Stock's Playpen South. Frequented that place many times on spring break back in the late 70's. I recall it being a hangout for some of the professional athlete crowd. Still reminded of that place when ever I hear particular songs. Fun stuff.

Default Manhattans

Manhattans was owned by Joel “Happy” Magaziener. He had a photographer at every special event for those that are looking for pictures of Manhattans ! Good luck ! I would say the photographer is around 70 today.

turn into another club ? What years was it there ? And who were

Stratford’s in Hollywood was more my speed. Local watering hole owned by Guy Roper, a Hollywood city commissioner. Kinda like a divey Cheers.
