I don't know about Billionaires, but you're right:
"Estimated median household income in 2007: $69,703"

This particular ZIP includes a good chunk of pretty poor folks on the east end of SW 8th in addition to high value spots like Brickell Key.

By comparison, MY ZIP (33146) has a higher average:
Average Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) in 2004: $156,067 (Individual Income Tax Returns)
Here: $156,067
State: $50,523

but also a much higher median:
Estimated median household income in 2007: $119,614
This zip code: $119,614
Florida: $47,804

LITIGATION is on a distinguished road
The Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida invites you to a:
Special Attorney Workshop on CHAMP
Friday, May 1, 2009
1 pm – 5 pm
Miami-Dade County Commission Chambers
111 NW 1
st Street, Miami, FL 33128
The Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, together with the Collins Center for Public Policy,
Inc., is conducting a special workshop for attorneys who will be participating in CHAMP
(Circuit Homestead Access to Mediation Program) – the Miami-Dade Courts’ new
managed mediation program for owner-occupied properties in foreclosure.
The workshop is designed to provide full details on the program and answer any questions
attorneys may have. It will be held from 1 pm to 5 pm on Friday, May 1, 2009, at the
Miami-Dade County Commission Chambers, 111 NW 1
st Street, in downtown Miami.
The CHAMP program will go into effect on Friday, May 1, for all foreclosures of
residential homestead properties in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. As required by
Administrative Order 09-08 (attached), mediation will be mandatory for all foreclosure
actions filed on and after that date before the Court will set a final hearing or enter
summary judgment.
The Eleventh Circuit is partnering with the Collins Center for Public Policy, an
independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan public service organization, to manage the program.
The Collins Center will be enlisting Florida Supreme Court-certified mediators, providing
training, scheduling mediations, providing mediation facilities and support services, and
reporting to the Court on results.
Please join the Honorable Jennifer D. Bailey, Administrative Judge of the Circuit Civil
Division of the Miami-Dade Courts, and Roderick N. Petrey, President of the Collins
Center, this Friday in the Miami-Dade County Commission Chambers for this important
workshop. Further questions may be directed to:
