I doubt it. A substantial minority of Miami's Cuban/Cuban-American population will invest in land in Cuba and travel freely between Cuba and Miami, but honestly, the Cuban/Cuban-American population is much too established in Miami to unroot itself from Miami and move to Cuba permanently.

I'm pretty sure some cubans are still obsessed with cuba and their good ol memories of the 40's and 50's than when castro hits rock bottom they'll return back.

but what if raul takes over...that's the question.
