FIU is located within "University Park", and its border with Sweetwater is SW 8th street. Westchester is SE of FIU by a couple miles.

Trust me, the government considers Sweetwater diverse. Any place with a non-white population the government calls it diversity.

Westchester covers a large area. Everyone there is a degenerate? I did not know that.

Cougar, I like your posts, but I am done being "politically correct" when referencing the complete and utter cr*p that inhabits much of Miami-Dade county, especially in places like Westchester, Hialeah, West Kendall, etc.

As much as I hate to admit it, I would love to see Tom Tancredo run for Mayor of Miami....maybe then the BS would end and we'd get a mayor that isn't corrupt and doesn't just want to throw money we don't have at a stupid Marlins stadium to please the Latino mafia here.

The opposite of "politically correct" does not have to be bigotry.

The definition of "politically correct" is very malleable, and in practice means "stuff I don't like and think is stupid". It all depends on whose ox is being gored.

Also, some things that are politically correct are objectively correct.

I voted for him in the presidential primary last year.

Cougar, I know you think that those of us who choose not to be "PC" when referring to the predominantly Hispanic population of Miami-Dade are racist, but that's not true.

When I arrived here, I was actually looking forward to interacting with Cubans, Colombians and Venezuelans. Unfortunately, Miami people (of all races, let's be honest) are generally a-holes to the tenth power, so it tends to make you a tad cynical when you get tired of the murderous driving, rudeness, machoism and the general lack of respect here.
