Default Cutler Ridge crimes
anybody love in cutler my family has a house in Spicewood in cutler ridge, i believe its around 260th or 216th, but not sure, we bought the house pre construction and someone has been renting is ever since. Last time ive been there was 2007. Is there any major crimes happening in the new year, its surrounded by newer houses also.

well it depends, we would need the intersection (the avenue) All I could find for spicewood was 236 st & 112 ave.

It's not a great place, but some areas are better than others. Some areas are really bad (some parts of Naranja, goulds) that's why we need the actual address, so it is between a not so great area and a ghetto.

Default Cutler Ridge/Cutler Bay Crimes
Well, Cutler Ridge is not the best city to live in by far but if you must I've found the closer you are to Old Cutler Rd. the better. As you get closer to US-1 it becomes a ghetto.

I'm not sure what the percentage of crime is in Cutler Ridge but I think it's safe to say, be careful!


PS. Get out of Miami if you can!
