He was 3 times the limit D R U N K !!!!!
The dumb ass, sh _ t head, scum bag, litte f_ _ K that rear ended the mini van that killed 3 innocent little kids last Sunday was 3 times past the legal limit DRUNK and this is not his 1st time with a DUI.
I hope they throw the book at him and he rots in jail knowing what he did. The death penalty would be to easy for him, unless they fry him nice an slow.
His attorney had the nerve to say today... "I would like him to be released and kept under house arrest with a monitor"... HELL NO.... After 26 previous traffic citations and a previous DUI, you think this little pig will stay home.
He needs to sit in jail from now until his trial and then stay there hopefully for the rest of his pittyfull worthless life.
Am I pissed... hell yes I am.........

I don't remember reading how drunk he was however, I do remember reading that he was indeed drunk. Very sad and tragic news, my heart goes out to the families who have to cope.

You know. Why is this guy operating a vehicle to begin with? I can't back this up with no statistics or nothing, but stuff like this and other crimes are usually done by repeat offenders. It's not serious until someone loses their life. Now people want to charge him with the harshest penalty possible and all that other great stuff. Something needs to be done to prevent stuff like this from happening to begin with.
Sad Story.

ONLY in Miami is this nonsense tolerated. This POS should be given the death penalty for murdering 3 children and clearly showing zero remorse. He needs to be made an example of, so that other scumbag Miami drivers think twice about drinking & driving and driving like homicidal maniacs.
Not only should this guy be put to justice, but so should the idiot judges who let him get away with god-knows how many prior driving violations. The blood of these children are also partially on their hands too, for allowing such a dangerous human being to be allowed to zoom around the streets of Miami (this was bound to happen at some point).
We need tougher law enforcement down here, or sooner or later, decent, law abiding people (who are few and far between in this swamp) are going to turn vigilante.

Why is it that the drunks seem to always be spared and the innocent victims die?
That maximum 15 years is stupid. Especially for repeat offenders. Anybody who repeatedly drives drunk knows he could kill people. So he was playing Russian roulette. Isn't that illegal in this country?

So 15 years unfortunately is only going to get this guy 45 years... 1 for each count of manslaughter.
I hope he sits where guys there treat him like the scum he is.
Besides our judicial system that let us down, I would love to also see the person or persons who served him all this alchohol brought to justice

You can beef up law enforcement but penalties for drving infractions are not scary enough for someone to learn a lesson and correct their bad driving habits. How else do you explain a guy that has 26 driving infractions on the road drunk at that time of night? Its just not an issue thats taken very seriously. Unfortunately it takes someone to die before people really start to get serious.
