four days before issuing speeding tickets to two off-duty law-enforcement officers, the
state inspector general’s office concluded.
The trooper and Gahanna police officer were recorded traveling at nearly 150 mph on
June 28 along I-70 near Buckeye Lake.
“Unfortunately, a decision to cite the two officers was not made immediately,” the
