Is this a nice neighborhood. Shops, Starbucks, walkable, family, safe?

That's the City of North Miami Beach. There's lots of shops at Skylake Mall(not really a mall) at NE 185 and 18, Super Wal-mart at the Mall at 163rd(more of a flea market) and 15, and an upscale mega-mall(Aventura Mall, 5th largest in the U.S.) 5 minutes away. There's also a huge park named greynold's park for walking, fishing, golfing, etc. The beaches are about 10 mintues east. If you rather walk than drive to the shops and park the NE 180's from 19 to 22 ave is a better area. NE 167 and 19 is an low-med income area. North of 172 is more safer.

Hi,
I need some more info on the Skylake area.
Specificly I need the EXCACT location of the 1925-1926 Wooden race track. (between what and what streets)
The flyers list it as being at the north end of Flagler Blvd. (NE 19th Ave.) in Fulford. Yes, I know Fulford is now N. Miami Beach. I have been to the N. Miami Beach library,
but they have no info. The photos I have found show no references in the background to its location. I have been to the site of 8 other wood tracks in the US,
thanks for you help...
