Hello C. Richard,

The way I see it, its really a matter of perspective preference..."What the heck is that?" Ok, here we go...
I know that you really love your kids, so it would be a hands down that you would want 3 relatively "great schools" (A+ to B graded) a good Elementary, Middle and High school. If you map the section of Kendall you'll find that there are.....?? (Sorry, I really don't know how many schools there in Kendall) but I'll find out tomorrow! My wife called me the KING OF USELESS INFORMATION~ watch out Ken Jennings!
Either way, checkout www.DADESCHOOLS.NET and click on the tab "SCHOOLS" enter on the category of Elementary and this will redirect you to Miamidade.gov, at this point what you really want is to know is the landmark by which you'll reside by If you click on (I.e.) DADELAND MALL all the elementary schools within that boundary will appear.
This is one way to find out where to move to, if you know that one schools has been "graded" better than another. Evermore, I hope that these schools maintains its students passing with great FACT grades so that next year it will receive some more accolades..."noooo, it can't be!?"
Finally, the housing aspect... housing is really an open ended point now-a-days, huh? you can find a really good home in this area, and lose your job next month...I'm not saying that renting is better than ownership by any means, (or maybe I am) but try to find your next home as close as possible to the three schools that will most likely be attended. This way you can drop them off and continue to drive towards work throughout the next 13 years of learning from public schooling...I think what I'm trying to say is that your kids, home and finally employment should be your perspective preference order? Otherwise what do you value out of life? please don't take this as an insult, just something to think about.
I know that some of you would argue that point till blue in the face, but ask the millions of unemployed so far about there lost hopes in companies, in which they saw retirement just a few months ago!
I really wish you the very best and good luck with your future relocation.
PS. Please consult with a local REALTOR your options and desires.
