Well, we went from renting a place for our DD to maybe purchasing something!

The prices at One Village Place seem like a good deal for us. Is there a reason for this? Could it just be the turn down of the real estate market?

I read that The Village of Merrick Park was going bankrupt? How do you think this would effect the area IF it happened?

I'm totally confused!

All comments are welcome. Thanks in advance for your advice!

Crisp44 - If you happen to read this - *smile* This is close to the triangle you guys were talking about in the "Help me build the ultimate map" thread. Since the coconut grove area (?) is on the other side of US1 by Merrick Park, this should still be an okay place to be right?

Not buying, too expensive! But thinking about renting there.
Thanks everyone!
