Miami-Dade's good areas should not be disregarded
Dade county has good areas despite all of the negativity on this board and I think they deserve recognition because many people overlook them and focus on Liberty City or Overtown where the vast majority of people on this forum aren't going to move to.

One of the nicer parts of Miami is Miami Springs. It's a genuinely nice area and not fake, like Coral Gables. In fact, one good thing about Miami Springs is that people drive sensibly, because the police there don't tolerate any nonsense. Drive over 35mph on Curtiss Parkway and a cop will come out of nowhere and bust you (this is how it should be).

Are schools anything good in Miami springs? A good area should be in at least decent school zone.

I really don't know, but if I had kids and wanted to live in Miami, that's where I'd live. It's a very safe neighborhood and it actually has really nice parks & walkable areas. I tend to think of Miami Springs as "old school Miami".

You know what? You're right! There are a lot of nice places in Miami. Too bad their population's don't add up to much! ALL of those cities are EXCELLENT, but you forgot Coconut Grove and Brickell!!!
Take this city off your list!

You forgot to add Coconut Grove, Midtown, South Beach and Brickell. All of these are really nice neighborhoods and highly sought after.

Brickell really needs a nice, big park & more retail...
South Beach is great. Not my cup of tea, but it'll always be a much sought after location.
Coconut Grove isn't a place I'd live...not a fan.

The only part of coconut Grove which may be pleasant is the proximal side to coral gables. The closer to beach, the more cautious you need to be.

Umm yea miami springs seems nice although the cops are crooked and a bunch of power tripping fools(Not all but some) not to mention miami springs has many alcoholics and drug addicts and im sure once all the old people die out(which the majority of miami springs is) it wont be so great.. And yes i know cause i have family and friends living there.
