Leovigildo,

I agree the killings and the drugs have not gotten as bad as back in the days. At least it isn't as bad as what i saw on documentaries about Miami from the 80s. I hope Miami is able to keep up its police force and actually improve on them. If they can't, as things get worse, crime will spiral out of control. One thing I am shocked we have not seen in large numbers is squatters. I fully expect that to pick up in a year or so.

I see less exotics cars now... During the rush, there were Ferraris and Maseratis at every street light... That has definitely died down...
