Public swimmingpool
Hey.
We are a family from Denmark consisting of 2 adults and three children aged 2, 5 and 7.
We have booked 11 nights at Metropole Hotel South Beach located in Miami Beach – Official Site which looks absolutely fantastic and with a nice location close to South Beach.
The only thing missing is a swimming pool for the children.
Does anyone know if there is a public swimmingpool near by, or if it is poosible to use a other hotels pool, for exampel if you ordrer drinks or a meal ?
Thank you in advance - we look forward to visiting USA for the first time
Kim and Mette

Don't know if this still works, but I used to sneak into the Fontainebleau pool area all the time in high school. We would just walk into the lobby and out the back to the pool, no questions asked.

Yeah, that wouldn't work anymore as they have alot of attendants at certain entry points asking for key cards. They'll ask randomly so I wouldn't risk it. Try the park at Normany Isle : Normandy Isle Park & Pool
7030 Trouville Esplanade

It's off 79 street, not in South Beach but still in Miami Beach if you want to go out there for the day with kids.

When in Miami make it a point to go to Venetian Pool in Coral Gables. it is the most beautiful public swimming pool in the area, in my opinion. The setting is beautiful. Your family will thank you.

Yes, and I'm sure you must be dying to escape the hundreds of thousands of tourists from all over the world who swarm into Denmark in January and February to swim in the Skagerrak and Kattegat.
