Default Safe City to live?
Hi, I'm looking to relocate to Miami from Puerto Rico and I'm want to know where is the best place to live that will fit my needs. I have 2 boys (2 & 6 yrs) and are looking for a place with good schools and it's good to raise family. I'm not looking for high end communities, more of a average place. Also looking for schools that will help my oldest and us in the transition form spanish to english be less stressful.
