Well, but there are also other party cities in the country like NY, San Francisco, L.A., Vegas, right? So the part factor should not be the only explanation. Especially when you have Europeans of all ages going to South Florida, not only young people.
And it seems like so many white Americans are against warm weather: the typical overrated sentence "I love seasons" in other words, which is so popular in the US.
In San Francisco (where I think the weather is pretty bad by all means: no summer and lots of cold foggy nights) most people think of South Florida as too hot.

Miami is definitely not the only place in the U.S. where European immigrants come to. Furthermore, it's not typically the "average" Europeans that come here. Many of them move to the wealthier areas of the county (for example, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach and parts of North Miami Beach has plenty of European immigrants but working/lower class areas like Sweetwater, Hialeah, and Cutler Bay do not).

Why do so many whites live in Florida then? Florida has more whites than any other race and this sure as hell isn't a "cold" state.

Not South Florida, which is the only sub-tropical area in the state.

Oh, come on. Martin County is one county above the tri-county area and is 83.9% non-Hispanic white and in terms of weather is not completely opposite of South Florida. Plus, whites once were even more populous in South Florida and I would say other factors led them leaving other than simply the "weather".

People love tropical weather, and Miami and South Florida is tropical. That's what makes it unique compared to those other places mentioned. And again, Miami has been marketed to the world through television and other media sources, so it is one of the first cities on foreigners minds when they think about moving to the United States. Atlanta (where I'm at) is a nice party city too, but it doesn't get much exposure as Miami does.
I don't know what it is about White Americans but one climate bores them; things just need to be different to them. They need snow this season, sunshine and humidity this season, continental this season, etc. I can't explain it; feel free to explain it to me. I think it's because they like to complain.

The last time I checked whites are not the only ones that live in the northeast U.S., and minorities are not the only ones that live in Florida.

Why is that, if you think it is so bad?!? Afterall these people are from well developped, wealthy and beautiful countries, and they surely know what quality of life means. But they pick Miami and South Florida over the Carolinas, California, etc...WHY IS THAT???

Mediterranean-Romance cultures enjoy Miami because of its flashy, Darwinian atmosphere. Romance cultures are fine with extravagant wealth only footsteps from extreme poverty. This disparity is very unsettling for Nordic, Germanic, and Anglo cultures. The Italians, French, and Spaniards like all of the obscene displays of wealth, even if it is temporary or 'rented' wealth.
Nordic, Germanic, and Anglo cultures look down on this behavior as wasteful and stupid.
My opinion is that if all these rich Latins need to buy fancy cars and overpriced condos to attract/woo women, what could they possibly be making up for??? They must be lacking in a certain department...

The same factors for Europeans only been interested in the area between West Palm and Miami and not in Martin County or north of that.

Total non-sense since Germans are probably one of the most represented European communities in South Florida, probably more so than any other. Also British (which fall into Anglo) seem to be very attracted by South Florida.
Furthermore, there is a big difference between Latin (as in South Americans) and Latin (as in Italians, Spaniards, and French) in their liking for display of wealth and you fail to make the distinction.

Other non-whites have moved out of these areas of South Florida too, you know.
