Default realtor for rental units

Was hoping someone has bumped into a GOOD realtor who was able to find them a good place to rent? Friends at work told me of their realtors and said they all SUCKED so I am hoping someone on here has had good experience.

Our area we are willing to move is rather big. We are willing to move anywhere between Downtown fort lauderdale and downtown Miami. And must be east of I-95. Need someone who has a handle on that large a area (if that is even possible). Or maybe we should get one for Dade and one for Broward (shrugs) anyway any advice would be much obliged.

This time I used Renters Paradise on Biscayne. I found their Biscayne location to be better than their Miami Beach location. There are a lot of good deals from North Miami to Aventura
