Downsizing & re-engineering ( = lower incomes ) will save this great city...

Then we will realise that we are all high-earners,counting the weather along with the money we make...

If Miami became a more "English friendly" city, I think Miami would be the "lion of the South", but its people are too stubborn.
The business environment is too hostile in Miami. There is fraud, theft, lack of talent, and a brain drain as more educated middle class citizens are relocating to other cities.
