APD09 is on a distinguished road
Default moving to miami (Nice area)
Where can I live if im planning to spent 1300-1400 $ on a 3 bedroom apt. I will like a nice area close to shoping and dinning and good schools. We will be making over 100k a year in combine salary. Any sugestion?

That helps even more.

No for real, your budget is fine but this is a huge city. Are schools your priority? You might want to consider Coral Gables or Dadeland east of US1.

Check out Miami Lakes (Dade) and/or Pembroke Pines (Broward).

East Kendall is a good option, if you want to be in Dade County itself.
