Talking Apartments

I was just looking on rent.com and I saw a lot of cheap apartments in Miami and surrounding area's for under a $1000 a month I have a couple names of the apartments and the area's they are in, I was wondering could anyone give me any details or description of these apartments?

I'm moving with my friend and we wanna move in about a year or two and we both want to save up about 8-$12,000 A Piece do you think that would be enough to last us till we find jobs if we can't find them before we leave?

It's tough without a job down here. Nightlife is overrated anyways... Just please at least try to move with a job offer. You can use the same money and move to another city with more job opportunities... Just saying...

It's a fantasy, this city is just like the rest, acceptable with a job offer. Don't listen to your heart, listen to your head.

I live in Hialeah and I will tell you to not consider Las Brisas. Not because it's a bad place to live but if you are young and coming to Miami you want to be around some sort of night life. I would also stay away from Alapatah.

Stay away from center court, its the worst place ever. its full with cockroaches and no maintenance. oak grove was also the same back in the days, i doubt that its better. La fayette is not bad, they have the best maintenance crew always clean, spotless, peaceful, beautiful with 24 hours camera security is tight. I lost my phone in the gym once and everything was recorded from the gym to his apartment and I got my phone back. however they are some prostitute on that street late at night otherwise its ok.

Umm, maybe it is better to know where you will be working, I live on the metroline, so I can take the train to work and take the train to places. Parking is so expensive in Miami. Traffic is terrible too, especially during commute time.

I know it is hard to find a place when you don't live here, personally though, I would not live in those areas. I live in Pinecrest, by University of Miami. I like this area. My friends live in Sobe, they like that area, so it is all what you want.

Don't move anywhere that has "NW" or a "West" in it's street address for starters. Those areas are generally run down and poor.
