It's not that good, but it's better than the part of Miami that is just east of it.

what avenues? the neighborhood west of east tenth ave up lejeune from 9th on the south to 21st to the north is called suntan village. these originally small and modest homes were prefabbed from solid 8" concrete and are virtual bunkers. many have been added onto and converted into roomy, spacious homes with the bunker in the middle somewhere.
the neighborhood is completely hispanic and lower working class. that combination seems to ruffle some of the pretentious posters that frequent this particular board but I have friends that live in that exact neighborhood and would not live anywhere else though they could easily afford to.

There is no such thing as northwest 62 nd street in Hialeah as it is not on a quadrant grid as is most of Miami-Dade but only east or west with Palm Avenue being the divider.
If you mean west 62nd street,I happen to like the trees that they have planted in the median and the new sidewalks in place, definitely a lot nicer area than east 9th.

It depends on what you consider a good area. Based on your other posts about crime, This area is frequently on the news. Robberies. burglaries are more common there than in other low income Latino areas of Miami Dade
Now regarding the area. I don't feel unsafe in this area when I go there, but I really dislike the scenery. Most of the businesses there are either Pawn shops, check cashing stores, food by the pound, and ugly businesses full of concrete. The people that I know grew up there all have in common that they are dishonest ghetto type people, but of course that's just me, I'm sure somewhere out there in East Hialeah, there are good people. It's the Hialeah culture at its fullest.

I like the girls in Hialeah, because they are relaxed concerning making love, and all that.
Many are also very sexy - so it's a great combination.
Plus, as a guy, the M/F ratio is in my favor.
Happy hunting!
Hialeah does need more vegetation, and it would look so much more beautiful. For example there are many s****y areas in Coconut Grove but the narrow streets and lush vegetation change the character of the neighborhood completely. Hialeah reminds me of unattractive parts of Houston but it really doesn't matter because if you have a honey there and she's treating you the way you want, then who really cares about what the place looks like unless you settle down with her and buy a place in Hialeah - then you should fork over the dough and plant some trees.

I am surprised to still associate with these "dishonest, ghetto type people."
