Please build this. It would be fricken awesome.

Maybe it would shame NYC into finally building something at Ground Zero...

Too bad Manhattan real estate profiteer Silverstein is still waiting for his reimbursement check for the South tower. That's right, he filed two separate insurance claims becuase according to him, the two planes represented "two separate incidents"... Some people deserve hell...

Empire World Towers in Miami were supposed to be 1,022 feet and they barely got approved for the same reason; aviation hazard.

Well we all know this could never happen but I do think it would be very cool. Interesting idea but I think it is 100 years ahead of its time. I would not mind it at all.

That website is straaaange. Did you notice how at the bottom of every page there were icons if you wanted to pay to be a partner?? Also, the design, what was that crap at the bottom that is so tall that already blocked the skyline? It looked like a massive parking garage made of jello. Then the tower seemed to be spears into the sky with only sections that had floors, the rest was open space inbetween. I guess even they know they could never lease all that. The funniest part was when they said a new light rail station would go there, since no one remembers that Miami Beach addamantly refused to let the light rail go to the beach a few years back. Sigh...

If a pilot can't see a 3000-foot building,he better stay on the ground as a baggage handler.

Your knowledge of aviation is about the size of a 1 story bungalow with low ceilings.

Biggest waste of money since that new stadium we just OK'd. So, I guess that measn the miami government will ove the idea. The terrorists will love it too. What a target! Of course, if they wait long enough the city would probably tear it down theirselves after 10 years when they realize no one wants to live in it. All that is assuming that it wouldn't sink into the ground first.

LOL so very true! Remember the Omni? Such a great idea and so many attractions inside. Now you can look at an empty shell as you wait for the metromover. Imagine what a great ruin this Miaopolis could become? Oh wait, it would be a tourist attraction after abandonment!!

You know that the richies on Palm, Hibiscus and other assorted bait islands would not want to be in view of this thing. The condo commandos of Fisher Island would stop it dead in its tracks if this was real.
