You know that the richies on Palm, Hibiscus and other assorted bait islands would not want to be in view of this thing. The condo commandos of Fisher Island would stop it dead in its tracks if this was real.

And I would be right on board with those Fisher Island commandos! I'm not some kind of a luddite or anything but that thing is HORRENDOUS! It might be cool in Dubai though.

You know, your tacky guayaberas look like pajamas. Don't throw stones when you have a glass roof. And don't get me started with your guantanamera guajira guantanamera crap....

Step outside or just turn off your air conditioner and wait. Miami is 'hot" 9-12 months of the year!

Thanks for letting us know about this exciting new venture in Miami, I can't wait to purchase some condos in there, to rent out as time shares, or flip for millions. Wait...I already tried that, and am bankrupt now. Hmm...

I thought this was a hoax. It might be real. At least someone has paid some of the best in the business for their drafts. It's still in the conceptual stage, though. I don't see any actual press on it.
At the end of the video they have the credits. The architect is this guy, and it shakes out. He lists Miapolis as one of his projects.

It's listed on the elevator company website, too.
