"Powerful Cold Front Coming In"

Miami is going to go down, to...LOW 80's.

Cold front on its way to South Florida - Breaking News - Dade - MiamiHerald.com (http://www.miamiherald.com/459/story/1282267.html - broken link)

Where I used to live, a "cold front" was going to below zero.

I heard somewhere else the lows were gonna be in the upper 60's for this Saturday's cold front. Typical Miami Herald Journalism, always incomplete and confusing

We do get to 50's and sometimes 40's and 30's but you don't want that because then we could lose our crops.

Yeah that sucks. I love warm weather and where I live, the ATL, it just doesn't cut it. I'll be in Miami for the weekend and I saw the forecast. 60s for lows, yuck, I wanted 70 degree lows or even a 80 degree low. I guess atleast I won't have to feel the chill that will be in Atlanta this weekend, which is it won't get out of the 50s for a high and upper 30s-low 40s for lows. So atleast I won't feel that but I will eventually feel it....... maybe as soon as I get back or just til the next cold front comes which shouldn't take long.......Lucky Floridians

Don't worry, there WILL be a return of 70's lows in a few days after the frontal passage. There will also be severa throughout November. Then it will really cool off until April when the lows start appraoching 70 again.

Exactly they only last a day or two and then back to the high 80s or low 90s.

Why do you all complain about hot weather? One of the last times I was down there, I ran 5 miles on a humid 94 degree day & it felt so good.

Come spend a day here where I live this time of year, you'll step off that plane and immediately regret your decision.
