Can someone help me figure out how to look for the great deals on the Miami highrise condos that are supposedly for sale at super low prices after the realestate collapse?

I suggest you get a realtor. There are a number of websites that allow you to browse current listings and recent sales. Here is one: » Miami Condos For Sale & Rentals, Miami Condos Blog, Foreclosures (http://www.miamicondoinvestments.com/condo-deals/ - broken link)

It depends on what you are looking for - condos are not only in South Beach - but if you like the beach -then thats a good start....
