Torch of Friendship query (Miami: live, rated, photos)

I wonder if there are any Miami residents who could help with this query?

I'm doing some research into the Torch of Friendship and wanted to check on which neighboring countries were commemorated on the wall behind the eternal flame. My photos from a recent visit are way too blurry to read - and the only one I found online was Venuzeula....

Does anybody know which countries exactly have plaques to them - my memory is that its all the central American and Caribbean nations except Cuba. Don't know if any readers pass that way on a regular basis and could check which ones are mentioned....??
