You're wrong, sorry.

Are you a realtor or something, or are you just desperate to sell your home like hundreds of others here?

Try an open house.

No i happily own my home and dont plan to sell anytime soon.
And again anybody can tell you that traffic here isnt as bad as bigger metros. even small Orlando has worse traffic.

I won't add any more threads for now. I just hate Miami with a passion...sorry if this offends anyone. I'm only here because I don't have the money to move right now, but if I did, I'd be long gone. Even in the 6 years that I've lived here, I've noticed how badly this place has gone to complete and utter hell. Living here drives you to the point of rage and insanity - makes you want to just take it all out on some dumb reggaeton who just happens to cut you off in his Dodge Ram or one one your noisy-ass neighbors who are too dumb to realize that not everyone wants to listen to their crappy ass reggaeton/freestyle music. Oh yeah...Miami's answer to urban regeneration...let's drive out the poor and build yet more conDUMBs for the rich & stupid.

JD you are in denial. Ive been looking at the L.A. page since Im moving back on June 10th and the topics there are totally different. People complain about the high cost of living and traffic but there is no where near the amount of hatred for that city like there is for Miami. Its absolutely true. I tell relatives that I havent talk to in a long time I live in Miami and they tell me SORRY TO HEAR THAT. In addition let me add something. I love diversity and different cultures. In fact my dream is to live in central america and I love traveling to Latin countries. I JUST HATE MIAMI.

Orlando has traffic because of the theme parks and damn, Orlando's expressways are 1,000 times more advanced than Miami's third world, pothole filled expressways. Damn, even Caracas has has better expressways than Miami...TRUST ME!!!!

guys,I was born and raised in Miami, was a adult there for 18 years. My job at one time was a courier a few years ago,I know about Miami traffic at every time,at every section and at every day.

I have recently (on purpose) experienced Tampa and Orlando rush hour.Orlando is worse then Tampa but Miami is the worse of them all.

I have experienced Atlanta and Wash DC rush hour,DC is bad...real bad.

I have never been to LA or Chicago yet so can't comment on that.

haha. this place will destroy any positive person. the first week i moved here people asked me why i was always smiling. then i experienced people's predatory behavior and realized that smiling was a sign of weakness here.

Only thing people are interested in here is your wallet and how much you have. A smile is weakness here in MIA....it'll get you taken advantage of in a second. People here are users and abusers, but too dumb to be considered "predators".

well I'll just say that moving out of Miami was a smooth move for me,Im much happier where I am,or actually where Im not anymore.

Im still learning new areas so my overall impression with other parts of Florida isn't complete yet,and other places are not perfect either ,but overall its nicer then down there.

One thing that sucks though,I might fly to Costa Rica or the islands, when away from Miami you have to get a connecting flight but no biggie,at least now I can afford to take a vacation....
