im not sure if i posted this on the board but i find it hilarious so ill post it again.
a few days ago i filled up at the gas station next to the mcdonalds at the caribbean exit (12) off the turnpike.
i go inside to pay for the gas because the pumps outside say the machines dont work. while im waiting in line the woman at the front of the line buys a 40 of corona and the dialog goes like this:

you have anything to open this?
yeah sure *cracks open the bottle*

she then pays, hops back in her car with the beer in the drink holder and drives off
i laughed. ahh miami.

Let's see, pumps don't take the payment, and the beer someone buys is Corona, yes that's Miami! Yet in my area I see quite a few drinking Bud and driving or boating. Some nit-wit was drinking on a personal watercraft and rammed a friend's boat, it never made the news though.

Will auto insurance become optional?
When the state's controversial no-fault law expires in October, there may also be no requirement for drivers to carry insurance.

This is actually good news!~ I can then tag and register my cars in the garage that aren't used. Mandatory insurance was a stupid idea, because as others know, most illegal alien drivers do not have it anyway. Of course the big insurance companies won't let Florida drivers out from under their control.
