Default Help Please!! South Coconut Grove Real Estate Save Area?

Hi,

I am planing to purchase a property (apartment) in South Coconut Grove,
as a rental investment. The property is on Thomas Ave. and I am looking at another one around William Ave. I am actually just about to close the deal, and I would really appreciate any comments if this is a save area, or any general opinion about this part of the Grove!

Thank' a lot!
Marc

Not a nice area, but as a rental investment it could be fine.
