I know, it's a stupid question. I'm looking to transfer from a Walmart in this cesspool of a city called New Orleans to a Walmart down in Miami for the cheap price of Miami Dade College and other reasons. While looking around on google maps, the list of Walmarts it presented me for the Miami area showed that there was a Walmart on the corner of NW 11th st and NW 24th ave, somehwere between West Little Havana and Allapattah. However, on the list to the right, it shows no address just the title "Walmart Supercenter: 1 Hour Photo" with only the phone number and zip code. A walk around google maps street view shows nothing of the sort around. Like it's some sort of phantom Walmart. Does this Walmart exist? If not, are there any other's around the immediate area (google maps also shows another phantom Walmart near the corner of NW 14th st. and NW 22nd ave., nearby)? Appreciate the info.

Please no Walmart comments. I hate the company as much as anyone else, and am looking to move on, but in this economy, a job is a job.

Thanks alot.

I would start with their website. They should have official addresses and such. I know there is a super center, 24 hour i think, located on 163rd st. Other than that one I'm useless. That walmart is closer to the north campus MDC

I think there are only a handful of WalMarts to begin with in Miami Dade county. They are like weeds up here in Orlando though. Why that specific WalMart though?

No, that location does not exist. I have used Google with the same feautre and sometimes, phantom locations appear, and if you read the "reviews" sometimes posters will even write that said location does no exist. Always double check with their website or do street view of the location to double check.

No doesn't exist, the closest one to downtown is west of the airport in Hialeah. Depending on traffic it will be a 20 minute drive or up to a 40 minute drive from downtown in rush hour. You will need a car to get to this one.

No, that is totally wrong, that's a residential area in East Little Havana.

The ones I have the displeasure to know are:
Doral: 87 ave and NW 12 ST (the closest to Downtown Miami)
Hialeah: close to NW 103 st
Kendall: SW 88 st and 152 or 157 ave
And another one in Florida City.

That's not Hialeah, more like the Doral area. Hialeah has its own Walmart.
