About how long does the morning rush hour drive from Sunny Isles Beach to I-95 take? Any difference between 826 route vs Ives Dairy? Thanks!

Depending on which part of Sunny Isles, I'd say 20-30 mins. The ramp signaling stuff really slows you down. From Aventura I usually take US1 or West Dixie down to 135th before heading to I95, because the queues for the ramp signals are not as bad down there, and I avoid the congestion at the Golden Glades. Of course, then you can't use the express lanes. If you're thinking of moving there, try to drive it a couple times using various routes to see what route is better.

ives dairy in rush hour is a nightmare east or westbound.
eastbound is totally a mess because the southbound ramp from 95 is too narrow
to handle all the traffic coming off and the lights from/to Biscayne are not cycled well.

Default How about Sunny Isles to the Tollroad?

I have a similar question, but will be going north on the Tollroad. Still about 20 minutes to get there? I think 826 just dumps onto Tollroad N.
