I remember when they built Kendall town in the late 70's and early eightys thats when Kendall was at its height. I recently went back six months ago and could not believe it, that area now looks like little Havana. Who ever is in charge of the Building zone in Miami should be thrown in jail. They have practically ruined the Miami landscape. There no rhyme or reason of any kind to their city planning in Miami, its all about the money. Its so sad!

By the way this shooting happened behind Mcmillan Middle School, in west kendall. At Lake Forest Courts, and this was not done by "TNS" This was a Rival gang war between 137 Renegadez against "SBT" South bound Thugz. The bounds were at the wrong place, at the wrong time.

Well Kendall is a unincorporated part of Dade county so why would you throw officials from Miami in jail? Also these are private properties so why not hold the owners responsible for the upkeep of their own properties?

speaking of graffiti. recently as in the last 6 months I'm seeing ALOT more graffiti in homestead. they're tagging up everything now. electrical boxes, light poles, concrete walls, random homes. it seems to be on the increase in the past few months too. =/

University Park, that's the trailer park name.

I know some people that live there, and let me tell you it isn't such a nice 'peaceful' place.

I only know of University Park - The neighborhood (South of FIU) - but I want to know what park you are referring to. Is it in Kendall?
