Good Morning. Can anyone recommend a Buyers Agent who works in either the Iron Mt. area or Houghton?
Thanks |

I think any licensed realtor can work as a buyer's agent. I worked with Ginger Stroube of the Remax office in Houghton several years ago. She was still there as of 2005. Be careful--if you're buying a low-priced fixer-upper or rental, they may try and charge a fixed rate (like $1500) instead of the usual percentage, because the prices on some of these places are so low that their usual percentage (3-4%?) would be less than that.
