Another one...of course this is just preceding my road observations in the past 5 months...Perhaps no more unemployment checks are being issued or not even those who deserve it get it...Well this is boiling

That person should not have been driving in the first place, but the Law allowed her to continue to be behind the wheel and still allows her to drive after she killed the person.
