One thing the defence should get better. I like the way he kept saying the word TEAM too.

I was very impressed with the introduction yesterday. He has passion, enthusiasm, smarts, and most of all...loves Michigan and what Michigan is all about. Im not sure what he will do about the defensive coach since he stayed behind and was hired as SDSU's coach, but I am sure he will find a great one. One part that struck me most was when he said...when he got there, SDSU's defense was rated 119th in the country. This year they were 40th with basically the same guys. The toughest part will be recruiting...he has lost most of the guys recruited by RR...including a very good running back. Next year is gonna be hard to take...and SDSU is coming to the Big House in Sept. wow!

He will inspire fire. Something missing with this team the past several seasons.

....and he better bring a defense with him. I guess it sounds like shoelace will stay put for the time being.

He was the defence coach under Carr's chapionship team if you can remember back that far. So I feel he has that part down pat.

He covets Michigan's past. To be Michigan's coach, you have to bleed Blue. RRod didn't.

I remember Carr's first year, no probs but sure cant remember Hoke from back then.

And I agree "you gotta bleed Blue" here.
