A while back you mentioned you had a little one on the way. Don't remember when you posted that, but just wondering if you are a Daddy yet. Don't really know what made me think of that this evening, but if you are Congrats. Hope you caught up on your sleep before hand .

She will not. I chose better schools, lower crime, better health care, and more activities. I did however tell my wife if it was a boy we can name him Gaylord. She was not amused.

LOL.... Oh Scolls....

Congratulations. I love my three boys, but we had little girls when we were foster parents, and my husband has always been a big sap with babies. However the little girls... We had this one cute baby girl, and I never got to hold her. That girl never slept anywhere but his arms. I hear girls do that to Daddies. You have no idea what has just happened to your life, but you'll love every minute of it, even when you're tired.

What a special birthdate, for what I'm sure will prove to be a very beautiful, special little girl.

You are getting your wife a super-special, extra nice Valentine's gift this year, right (oh, poor Scolls, what did he do to deserve my endless meddling!).

Yeah, congrats Scolls....the 1-11-11 is cool. My second was born on mother's day and I don't analyze and research it, but there will be certain years my boy's b-day will be on Mother's day.

As far as I'm concerned babies are a piece of cake to take care of early on, it's when they get up and start to walk and develop the mouth is when the real patience and parenting skills come into play.

Congratulations! Now the real, true fun begins in life. Glad you found a place you are happy in and feel comfortable raising her. All the late nights of crying, fussing, and everything else; is so worth it.
