No, the neighbor women were adults. True, that doesn't make him a pedophile but it's kind of poor judgement in IMO to attempt to score with one of the neighbors being so close to ground zero, especially while married and the neighbor women being hit on married as well. I mean, neighbors talk and see what's going on. It's also to me indicative of someone who has a problem keeping thier sexual desires in check, it was like when i first learned of his 2nd degree charge it immedietly registered to me yeah, I could see him doing something like that.

A. 1st degree CSC requires proof of "sexual penetration" and one or more of the following elements:

defendant is 4 years older,

3. Victim is under 16, and

Does anybody know if there are any free cites to obtain pictures of what these registered sex offenders look like? I have life360 downloaded on my android so I can keep track of where my 12 year old daughter is and it shows the registered sex offenders in the are but just name and address..no pics.I want her to know what these creeps look like.

CSC-2 means illegal sexual contact rather than penetration, thus it is somewhat less serious than either CSC-1 or (weirdly) CSC-3. It is the most serious charge you can get without sexual penetration. "Multiple variables" suggests multiple aggravating circumstances. So whoever you are asking about is in very hot water legally, unless you are asking on behalf of the victim...

I did that for a while (kept track of people on the list in my area). I eventually discovered most of the offenders no longer lived at the address. Many of them were 18 year old HS students or immediate graduates who had a 16 or 17 y.o. g.f. or b.f. Many of them were now in their 50, or 60s. You can even get on the list for peeing in the woods at a park.

Obviously 2nd degree is much more serious, but some of the above would fall into the 2nd degree category.

Not saying it is worthless, but you have to take it with a grain of salt. Find out: when the crime occurred; what the crime was; the circumstances of the crime; do they still live there? how long ago was it? what has their behavior been like since.

Frankly I do not much care if the 60 year old guy who has been married for 40 years got in trouble with his high school g.f. when he was 18. Nor do I care if a gal who sexually assaulted a visiting 17 y.o boy while drunk at a college party twenty years ago when she lived with her parents and now lives in a different state visits her parents on occasion.

I do not care at all of a CSO lived in a house near me two or ten years ago and the records have not been changed.

Some perv who collects porn on his computer got busted with some child porn in his collection - also not a huge deal IMO. Not gonna hire him to babysit, but not going to panic over it either.

Nor is a person who got caught peeing in the woods at a local park when they were 21.

I just do not see such people as a real threat.
