No one in their right mind would move to vanderbuilt. it is the armpit of the north. you will never get your money back out of a home. it is the crap hole of the north bud.
nothing there nothing to do. snow ice and trees. you may as well move to canada same thing but the dollar is worth more and free health care.

Snow, ice and trees beats cement, crime and pollution, bad schools, heavy traffic, noise etc, ANY day of the week.

Flake you have no idea what you are talking about, Vanderbuilt is a pit. if you think absence of people and shopping is paradice move to alaska you would fit right in, you could comune with the squrils....
