I have an apartment that I need to release as soon as possible.
It is the The Center apartments. They are located at 5200 Croyden Ave. It is a really awsome place I just have to be home and can no longer attend school. It is fully furnished and there is a washer and dryer in the apratment. There is one other roommate. She is very outgoing and easy to get along with. There are separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms. The bedrooms also have there own locks. It is 459 per month but I have already paid Aug and Sept rents and I will give you October's rent as well if you take the place. Cable and internet are free. Along with a clubhouse at the main office that has a 24hr fitness center and a 24hr computer room with printers. It also has a pool, lounge area and a hot tub. If your interested they also have a tanning bed that is free as well The only utilities you have to take care of are gas and electric which are in my roommates name through consumers energy and those are split in half with her.
