I am new to this area and trying to locate a goodwill store here but unable to do so this far. Wondering if anyone know of a goodwill store in EL and/or nearby areas. I am mostly looking for goodwill type stores for small furniture and home decor items and not clothes. So if anyone has any recommendations I would like to hear from you all. Thanks in advance.

There's a good consignment store on Grand River/Okemos Road near the Okemos Meijer's. The Goodwill is also on Grand River, other side of the street, past the Meridian Twp. Mall, next to Sherwin Williams paint store. Check out the surplus store on the campus of MSU~you never know what you might find, and they have a good website as well.

There's also a Goodwill on Lake Lansing and Coolidge on the Southeast corner.

There are "bigger" Goodwill stores down in Mason, and the huge one on Saginaw across from the Lansing Mall (it's next to Meijer).
